ABOUT ME

After spending most of her formative years in New Jersey, Heather moved south, earning a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech. She began her career in technical writing for the computer software  industry and moved on to fiction in fits and starts. In the last several years she has written several domestic and contemporary fiction novels that range from the dysfunctional to the comic.

Heather lives her dream in a small town outside of Atlanta, in a house that is always under construction, sharing this chaotic space with the truly book-phobic: her husband, two sons, and the dog-hatingest dog on the planet. Thankfully, they find common ground in their love of cheese (yes, cheese can bind a family together).

She is a shameful but unrelenting book sniffer. Her favorite format to read is paperback (size doesn't matter). She loves onion-skin pages, hates spine breakers, and says dog-ears are downright abusive (except on dogs, where they are adorable). Some would say, OCD much?

She loves to connect with other readers and writers and discuss all things book related--an affair her husband approves of--so drop her a line or catch her on Twitter, Facebook, or Goodreads!
